Job Summary

• The Director, Alliance Management will lead strategic alliances within the Oncology therapeutic area (TA) of Innovative Medicine.
• Main responsibilities include leading post-deal and day-to-day alliance activities to shape and achieve the strategic objectives of the alliance, establishing clear communication lines across the partnership, anticipating and resolving potential issues, negotiating ancillary agreements and amendments and overall ensuring the highest quality relationship possible.

Salary

Base: $150,000.00 - $258,750.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for sales incentive compensation program and long-term incentive program; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plan, savings plan, time off benefits
