Job Summary
The role involves designing comprehensive change management programmes and development roadmaps for assigned divisions within a government or public sector context.
Candidates will facilitate leadership engagement and execute cultural transformation through hackathons, prototyping sessions, and structured networking events.
This is a 2-year renewable contract position based in Balestier requiring Singapore Citizenship only.
