Key Requirements

  • Previous leasing experience required
  • One or more years in multi-family property management preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Apartment management designations preferred
  • Strong understanding of fair housing laws
  • Proven track record of sales
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and manage people
