Key Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
  • M.S. degree in Fire Protection Engineering (if BS not in FPE)
  • Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) required
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience
  • Mastery of applicable codes (NFPA, NEC, IFC, IBC)
  • Experience with regulated industries
