Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 6-10 years corporate accounting experience
  • 3 years public accounting Big 4 preferred
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP standards
  • Experience with SAP and BlackLine systems
  • Ability to lead quarter-end close meetings

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with Indian statutory requirements
  • Mentoring and team development skills
  • Process improvement project leadership
  • Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CA or CPA qualification strongly preferred
