Provide product information, support, and training for PCR, ELISA, and Lateral Flow lines, understanding and conveying product value to clients and distributors.
Install and maintain equipment and software, resolve technical issues, and document interactions in SFDC, escalating trends or significant account issues to management.
Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships through calls and visits, coordinating weekly schedules within the sales ecosystem and support functions.
