Job Summary
The Head of Proposition will drive the design and delivery of globally consistent, locally relevant experiences that set Bupa apart, ensuring new services and pathways deliver meaningful value for our customers.
Key responsibilities include leading the design, delivery and management of a suite of global healthcare propositions, setting global packaging and bundling strategies, and having total accountability for delivering target metrics of utilisation and NPS.
