  • Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of time on management and the rest actively participating in product development.
  • Be responsible for hiring, onboarding, team dynamics, and providing continuous feedback and coaching to foster team and individual growth.
  • Redesign engineering workflows using autonomous agents and operationalize agentic workflows end-to-end, ensuring results are verified for correctness, security, reliability, and scalability.

Key Requirements

  • Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
  • Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
  • Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
  • Ability to think in systems
  • Solid communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of engineering and development principles
