Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
  • You will assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, and preparing for medical tests while maintaining confidentiality and reporting changes or incidents promptly.
  • This role requires cooperation with nursing personnel to identify and correct problem areas and improve services while ensuring resident safety and comfort throughout the shift.
