The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing leadership and the Director of Nursing Services.
You will accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications while following facility policies and state requirements.
You will participate in quality assurance programs and cooperate with facility surveys and committees to improve medication processes and resident care.
