Salary

Base: $122,800 - $184,200 USD (Atlanta); Base: $116,600 - $207,200 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or commission; Annual refresh stock grants included

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 6+ years project managing ERP solutions
  • Experience implementing Workday or similar applications
  • Managing Medium and Large Enterprise deployments
  • Budget and P&L ownership for projects
  • Working knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS

Nice-to-have

  • Previous consulting experience with software company
  • Business development and service sales experience
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to travel 50 percent or more of time
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheets

Key Requirements

  • Sr Engagement Manager (P4) or Principal Engagement Manager (P5) title level
  • 6+ years prior consulting experience required
  • 8+ years experience for Principal level roles
  • Demonstrable experience in Higher Education customer base
  • Working knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS)
