  • As a Braze Customer Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing relationships within our customer base, owning specific customer relationships and serving as the account lead.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Services, and Product, to drive account growth, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.

  • 3+ years Account Management/SaaS sales
  • 3+ years closing/managing strategic customers
