Job Summary

• The Hartford’s Employee Benefits segment is a market leader in life and disability insurance and an expanding suite of voluntary products and services, providing businesses with the employee benefits solutions necessary to attract and retain top talent.
• Accurately and efficiently assesses the benefits needs of new employer groups with 50-499 lives, provides knowledgeable responses and requests missing information as required.
• This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).

Base: $49,920 - $74,880; Bonus/Equity: Short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives; Benefits: On-the-spot recognition

• Review and understand prior carrier booklets
• 18 month commitment before internal posting
