Key Requirements
MS or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related
7–10 years industrial formulation chemistry experience
Hands-on peracetic acid or peroxide systems experience
Experience with PAA in food & beverage or industrial processing
Familiarity with antimicrobial regulatory frameworks
