Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, and establishing and implementing new or revised applications systems and programs.
This role requires utilizing in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems and provide evaluative judgment on business processes and industry standards.
