The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and observing for skin breakdown while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
