Job Summary
This role serves as the central integration point between Site Operations in Bern and Global Supply Planning to ensure alignment between operational execution and global strategy.
The successful candidate will manage master production and supply planning for critical products across a rolling 1-12 month horizon while ensuring high data quality in SAP and Kinaxis.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years supply or production planning experience
SAP and Kinaxis / Maestro advanced planning systems
Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering
German and English language proficiency
GMP regulated environment experience
Nice-to-have
APICS CPIM certification
Experience with external manufacturing partners CMOs
Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
Resilient personality in fast-paced environments
Continuous improvement initiative participation
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Technical Field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply or Production Planning
APICS CPIM Certification (Preferred)
Must have fluent German and English communication skills
