Job Summary

  • This is more than a sales role — it’s a structured pathway into leadership.
  • During your first 12–24 months, you will focus on mastering our consultative sales methodology, developing and expanding your own territory, building a profitable, loyal customer base, consistently exceeding sales targets, and developing coaching and mentoring capabilities.
  • Following successful performance, you will progress into a formal leadership role with responsibility for recruiting new Sales Representatives, training and onboarding new hires, and coaching and developing high-performing sales talent.
