Job Summary
This role is integral to supporting trade lifecycle management, investment funding, and collateral management across ISG's insurance investment portfolios.
The Associate will work closely with front office, investment accounting, technology, custodians, and external counterparties to ensure accurate execution and strong controls.
The position offers meaningful exposure to a broad range of asset classes including fixed income, structured products, and alternatives within a high-performing platform.

Base: $115,000 - $130,000; Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus based on performance; Benefits: Not specified

Experience with CLOs, bank loans, and repurchase agreements
Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel, CTM, DTCC Alert, SWIFT
Nice-to-have
VBA or SQL proficiency for automation initiatives
AI integration experience for workflow improvement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environment

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
3-6+ years of experience in investment management or asset management operations
Experience supporting Middle Office or Back Office functions across multiple asset classes
