  • This position requires travel to multiple counties but offers a consistent schedule to fit your personal / family commitments (no overnight shifts or overnight travel).

Salary

Hourly: $35 - $40/hour; Full-time salary: $72,800 - $83,200 per year; Bonus/Equity: quarterly bonus opportunities available

Key Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in Case Management
  • 1 year of experience in wound care
  • 1 year of experience in PICC/PORT/IV Care

  • 1 year of paid experience at a home health agency
  • Active RN License in Ohio
  • CPR and First Aide Certifications
  • Current Driver's License and reliable transportation
