This role requires navigating the University of Louisville system to manage pre and post award business while ensuring compliance with internal and federal guidelines.
Regular communications regarding financial operations including staffing, expenditures, cash management, and reporting are paramount to maintaining data integrity.

Salary
Target Minimum: $21.45; Target Maximum: $32.17; Commensurate with candidate experience
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum four years related experience
Monthly reconciliation of grants and accounts
Pre-award budget preparation for contracts
Cash management and revenue monitoring
Proposal Clearance Forms and payroll forms
Effort reporting and vendor payment processing
Nice-to-have
Experience with complex UL financial systems
Effective communication with KCP colleagues
Ability to manage general fund and gift accounts
Knowledge of Z accounts and contract management
Proactive guidance for Principal Investigators
Key Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
4 years of related experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience
