Job Summary
As a PRD Technical Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening FactSet’s Pricing and Reference Data offerings by ensuring PRD clients receive the highest level of technical account management and ongoing support.
You’ll serve as a point person on standard and customized client workflows and processes and act as a primary resource to both client-facing and internal account and product teams.
