Must-have
3-5 years industrial machine maintenance experience
Read mechanical and electrical schematics
Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, PLCs, and field sensors
Experience with Rockwell Automation Compact Logic
Knowledge of OSHA and Control of Hazardous Energy
Ability to climb steps and work in tight spaces
Nice-to-have
Yaskawa, Fanuc or Kuka robot experience
Hydraulic pumps and pneumatic circuits knowledge
Proactive approach to continuous improvement
Strong written communication skills
Teamwork and adaptability in shift environments
Key Requirements
