You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning resident discharge strategies.
This role requires ensuring sufficient staffing levels for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants to maintain quality care standards throughout every shift.
