Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Sommelier, and Restaurant Marketing Manager to design menus, wine lists, and promotions.

Key Requirements
3-5 years in a similar position
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
WSET Level 2 or CMS Introductory Sommelier preferred
European Passport or legal right to work in Greece
