Job Summary

  • The Corporate Strategy group engages on a targeted set of ultra-high impact issues that drive the direction and performance of the company.
  • As a Senior Manager on the team, you will be a people leader for 2+ associates, as well as manage a larger dotted-line team on projects.
  • You will coach the team in getting the most from our existing data, as well as writing new surveys to uncover needed insights on topics that will help shape Capital One’s strategy, product offerings, marketing, communications, and customer experience.
