The Advanced Cellular Group is seeking an experienced RFIC design engineer to deliver new solutions for cellular and Wi-Fi front-end modules, responsible for design, simulation, layout, and characterization of various RFIC circuit blocks.
This high visibility role offers the opportunity to mentor others, publish novel design work, and interface with various product organizations and cross-functional teams.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
RFIC circuit block design
GaAs, SOI, SiGe, CMOS technologies
Cadence Virtuoso, SpectreRF, Keysight ADS
EM simulation tools (EMX, Momentum, FEM, HFSS)
RF/microwave test equipment experience
Modulated signal analysis
Nice-to-have
RF transceiver and front-end architectures
Device physics over PVT and frequency
Data analysis and programming tools
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience
Post-graduate degree preferred
15+ years of experience with M.S. or Ph.D. degrees preferred
End-to-end analog/RFIC development experience preferred
