  • You will play an essential role in transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that help HR and business leaders make informed decisions about talent acquisition, retention, engagement, performance, and workforce planning.
  • This role blends hands-on analytics work, strong workday reporting expertise, and a solid understanding of HR processes, supporting the development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data models.

  • Workday data sources, business objects, report joins, prompts, custom objects, and report optimization
  • Security domain understanding related to reporting and data access
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Working knowledge of Workday (or other HRIS), Culture Amp, Smartsheet, Google Docs
  • Strong knowledge of HR analytics reporting best practices
  • Knowledge of various people analytics KPIs
