Job Summary

  • Define and lead Santander’s global automotive financing products and platforms, shaping the future of automotive finance through innovative, customer-centric solutions, seamless partner integration, and scalable platforms that drive growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage across all markets.
  • Own the end-to-end financing experience within acquisition and lifecycle journeys (from simulation to contract activation), ensuring financing products are simple, transparent, and frictionless for both customers and partners.
  • Embed AI into credit decisioning, affordability assessment, and risk models, enabling real-time, data-driven approvals across channels and building AI-powered simulation and structuring tools to optimise leasing and loan configurations.
