Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (pre-2002)
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy (pre-2016)
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current Arkansas Physical Therapy License or eligible
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Pass state abuse registry checks
  • Submit to TB skin test and immunizations
  • 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy
  • OCS, CSCS, DN Certified
