Employees must identify residents correctly before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and moving while ensuring their personal care needs are met.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and record data accurately
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
Follow infection control and safety protocols
