The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.

Base: $22.00-$23.50 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Additional compensation may be available; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, Holidays
