Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to lead site Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
  • You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert on EHSS matters, providing guidance to site associates and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • The role includes managing daily EHSS reporting, supervising staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support Management of Change for new processes and equipment.

Salary

Base: $102,000-$149,600; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, 80 hours holidays

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 7-10 years manufacturing experience
  • 4 years managerial capacity
  • Knowledge of OSHA EPA DOT regulations
  • ISO 14001 ISO 45001 implementation
  • Incident investigation and root cause analysis
  • Budget management for safety equipment

Nice-to-have

  • CSP or CIH certification preferred
  • Emotional Intelligence awareness
  • Experience with FDA regulations
  • Strategic leadership skills
  • First Aid CPR AED certification

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in EHSS or related field
  • 7-10 years in manufacturing environment
  • 4 years of managerial capacity
  • CSP or CIH certification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Mexican NOMs regulations
