Employees must maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report any suspected violations immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring a calm and positive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of resident care plans and assessments
Familiarity with PCC documentation systems
Strict adherence to HIPAA confidentiality
Nice-to-have
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff
