  • The primary purpose of this job is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
  • You will be responsible for creating a culture of EHSS excellence by working in partnership with colleagues on the plant leadership team and driving associate engagement.
  • This role requires demonstrating accumulated technical learnings and experiences over a period of 10+ years in a manufacturing environment with 6+ years of team leadership.

  • 10+ years in manufacturing environment
  • 6+ years of team leadership experience
