Job Summary

  • Responsible for handling FTQ/non-conforming product issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct process and product audits, and participate in new project reviews including PFMEA and Control Plans.
  • Resolve quality issues for customers and compile 8D reports, collaborating with customers for internal process improvements.
