Job Summary
The Global Head, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) serves as the enterprise owner of CSL’s end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process—spanning Portfolio, Demand, Supply, Inventory, Financial Integration, and Executive IBP alignment.
This executive leader routinely presents to the Supply Chain Leadership Team (SCLT), Executive IBP, Global Operations Leadership Team, and other senior forums—driving executive alignment on scenarios, trade-offs, risks, and enterprise-wide planning outcomes.
