Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, eating habits, and maintaining a calm environment while strictly adhering to privacy and safety policies.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict confidentiality of health information
Follow infection control and blood exposure policies

Key Requirements
