The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
Employees must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN/LVN and demonstrate the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
