Salary
Base: $184,800 - $294,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or commission and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Must-have
5+ years U.S. Federal market experience
10+ years Product Management experience
Federal HR domain subject matter authority
Experience with federal HR systems like HR Connect
Knowledge of Title V and OPM Regulations
Nice-to-have
Experience with intelligence community practices
Agile/Scrum environment experience
Executive audience presentation skills
Cross-functional collaboration expertise
Strategic problem-solving passion
Key Requirements
5+ years experience in U.S. Federal market
10+ years experience in Product Management
Knowledge of GPPA and Human Capital Business Reference Model
Experience with Shared Service Providers (HR Connect, EmpowHR)
