Job Summary

  • The Paid Advertising Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution and performance of paid advertising campaigns across their book of business, partnering closely with the lead Supervisor or independently owning end-to-end strategy for a select group of core clients.
  • Responsibilities include successful management of designated paid media accounts, meeting pacing and KPI requirements, and contributing strategic ideation on all accounts, designing and adjusting campaign strategies to meet each client’s business goals.
  • Key requirements include 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 6 months hands-on Meta Ads, and 1+ years of experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns.
