Job Summary

  • The Director is responsible for providing operational leadership to all designated departments and will have project responsibility over the entire lifecycle of the project.
  • This position provides performance improvement coaching, leadership, and training to diverse healthcare teams through applications of LEAN principles and tools.
  • Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with medical and healthcare system leaders to ensure effective, results-oriented project outcomes and designs, implements, and evaluates best-in-class operations.
