  • Experience in bicycle/sporting goods industry
  • Proven experience managing major retail accounts
  • Strong commercial expertise (JBP, negotiations)
  • Solid financial understanding (P&L, margins)
  • Advanced analytical skills (CRM, Power BI)
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
