Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, or field service
  • 2–4 years of experience leading or supervising technical teams
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, life safety technology, or building automation systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, IP-based devices, and remote diagnostics tools
