  • The Senior Manager, Human Resources is responsible for providing and assuring the overall Human Resources strategic and operational success for an associate headcount exceeding 700.
  • This leader will attract, lead, train, motivate, and develop high-performing HR team to meet site expectations and objectives.
  • The role requires proactive collaboration with PLT members and Managers of People to develop trusted lines of communication which enable the natural surfacing and subsequent resolution of sensitive and/or complex human capital issues.
