Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Conduct ASHRAE Level 1, 2 and 3 energy audits
Manage building energy benchmarking
Evaluate buildings against Building Performance Standards
Develop O&M Programs and Energy Management Plans
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
Proficiency with Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM)
Strong understanding of building MEP systems
Nice-to-have
Contribute to continuous improvement of technical processes
Foster accountability, collaboration, and innovation
Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Energy Audits
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Sciences, Architecture
Valid driver's license and ability to travel
Proficiency with Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM)
Experience with building performance regulations
Master’s degree in engineering, sustainability management, or real estate is a plus
P.E. and/or C.E.M. certification is preferred
