This role requires conducting research and development to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and Large Language Model frameworks.
The successful candidate will ensure AI products are developed in alignment with Prudential's core risk, data protection, and technology risk management policies.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years developing and deploying AI models
Strong Python and R programming skills
Experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch frameworks
Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps techniques
Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure platforms
Nice-to-have
Passion for innovation in insurance industry
Experience mentoring junior engineers
Ability to collaborate with external partners
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience (5 years or more) in AI model development
