  • 3 years manufacturing environment experience
  • Instructional design and lesson planning skills
  • eLearning development with Articulate 360 or Captivate
  • LMS platform management and reporting

  • CPTD credential or equivalent training certification
  • Experience facilitating Train the Trainer sessions

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university
