Salary
Base: $81,600-$104,000 Annual; Bonus: 10% Performance Bonus plus $2500 Sign on Bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, 401(k) match, Paid Time Off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6-10 years facility management experience
HVAC and electrical systems knowledge
UPS and generator system expertise
Budget management for operational and capital projects
BACS SCADA building automation control
SOPs MOPs documentation maintenance
24/7 availability for critical operations
Nice-to-have
Strong leadership and team motivation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to identify cost savings opportunities
Experience with vendor and contractor management
Proven track record in risk mitigation programs
