Designs creative menus, analyzes recipes, and determines proper prices for items to be sold.
Performs interviews, hires, schedules, and supervises kitchen staff of up to 10-15 people.
Manages inventory of all kitchen supplies areas in both venues and ensures all equipment is working and maintenance logs up to date.
